TERMS OF USE, MEMBERSHIP RULES AND POLICIES
1. INTRODUCTION
This is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and governs the use of the Indian Lawyers Association (ILA) platform, services, and membership structure.
2. PLATFORM OWNERSHIP
The Platform is owned and operated by Indian Lawyers Association (ILA), having its registered office at W-53, Third Floor, Greater Kailash - I, New Delhi - 110048, India.
3. MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE (AS PER ILA RULES)
3.1 Categories and Fees
a) Student Members / Fresh Graduates / Interns / Others interested in law
Eligibility: Law students, interns, and individuals interested in the legal profession
Fee: INR 500 per year
Benefits: Access to events, internships, legal resources, and job guidance
b) Junior to Senior Level Professionals
Eligibility: Legal professionals with 1+ years of experience
Fee: INR 1000 per year
Benefits: Career growth, networking opportunities, expert forums, mentorship roles
c) Lifetime Membership (One-Time Payment)
Eligibility: Open to all categories
Fee: INR 25,000 (one-time)
Benefits: Lifetime access, official recognition, and profile listing on ILA platform
